1. Rider Requirements

• The minimum age for renting is 21 years old. A valid motorcycle license is required for scooters and motorcycles.

• The renter must provide identification and proof of eligibility at the time of booking.

2. Insurance & Responsibility

• Basic insurance is included, covering third-party liability.

• A €150 security deposit is required for scooters and motorcycles, while a €300 security deposit applies to buggies.

• The renter is responsible for up to €475 in excess charges for any damage, theft, or loss if no additional insurance is purchased.

• If the renter opts for additional insurance, the excess is reduced to €50. The optional insurance costs 8€ per day with minimum purchase of 3 days.

3. Vehicle Use

• Only the registered renter may operate the vehicle.

• Riding off-road or in prohibited areas is strictly forbidden.

• Helmets must be always worn for scooters and motorcycles, and all local traffic laws must be followed.

4. Fuel & Maintenance

• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.

• For any technical issues, the renter must contact AHS Malta within the stated business hours. Unauthorized repairs are not permitted.

5. Fines & Penalties

• The renter is responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, or fines incurred during the rental period.

• Late returns may result in additional charges.
